Job Purpose:
To manage and oversee courier service operations NWD by ensuring timely deliveries, SLA compliance, effective vendor coordination, accurate payment processing, and consistent service quality to support smooth business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day courier operations, dispatch, and delivery activities.
Verify and process courier/vendor payments accurately.
Ensure quality courier services are provided for smooth business operations.
Manage and monitor vendors and shipments by service category (overnight, overland, detained).
Resolve operational and vendor-related issues or conflicts.
Ensure all shipments are picked up, delivered, and received as per agreed SLAs.
Monitor delivery performance, service levels, and operational efficiency.
