  Job Summary 
  Job Responsibilities:

 Key Responsibilities:

 Regular site visits to ensure proper installation and functioning of HVAC / BMS/ MEP systems.
 Coordination of projects and communication with customers.
 Performing heating and cooling load calculations and determining airflow requirements.
 Overseeing the installation and considering various factors such as square footage of the space and hours per day of use 
 Job Requirements:  Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering with not less than 5 years’ experience with consultant and site experience 
 Experience with Design & Build /MEP projects a definite advantage
 Experience in HVAC, BMS / Control 
 Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Engineer
