Job Description

Overview 
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade Building Management System (BMS). 
- Ensure reliable performance of ACMV, electrical, energy monitoring, and integrated services. 
- Oversee outsourced maintenance providers and ensure service standards. 
- Support capital replacement and improvement projects. 
Job Responsibilities 
You will be responsible for the following: 
Monitor, operate, and maintain the BMS to ensure smooth day-to-day building operations.  
Troubleshoot systems faults and equipment performance.  
Prepare reports on system performance.  
Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency through BMS optimization.  
Provide technical support and training for Facilities staff on BMS usage and troubleshooting.
