Roles and Responsibilities

Job Purpose / Role
To develop and maintain positive relationships with the employees.
To handle day to day employees issue in order to maintain industrial peace.Key Responsibilities
To handle day to day employees issues like absenteeism, discipline etc.
To handle employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
Scanning ER Environment inside and outside and feeding back to the system for appropriate actions.
Assisting in labour compliances and legal issues either pending in court or tribunals.
Managing Union Relationship, grievance handling, disciplinary management
Developing relationships with workmen and their family members and providing suitable engagement programmes as per requirements
Collaborating with other departments for creating a high productivity work environment
