Executive, Exhibitor Services

We are looking for an Executive, Exhibitor Services to support the planning and execution of exhibitions and events. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international exhibitors through email and virtual calls to support event participation.
• Compile and manage exhibitor orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Handle payment processing, collections, and basic financial coordination.
• Support Project Managers with pre-event planning and on-site coordination.
• Provide administrative assistance to the project team, including documentation and tracking tasks.
• Liaise with exhibitors on booth requirements and operational needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and brief them on order specifications and timelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Tourism, Events Management, or a related discipline.
