Job Purpose:

To perform finance functions as assigned by Head of Department and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned and submission of reports within deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

Payment, Receipting and Accounting Entries

• Perform daily payments, including ESP payments, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Update and maintain bank transaction records for manual payments and receipting.
• Prepare payment and receipting journal entries in accordance with accounting procedures.
• Prepare other journal entries as required to support finance operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing for all payment and journal entry records.
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and support month-end closing activities when required.
