Job Description

  1. Provide analysis and support Head of Farm in managing farm KPIs as below:

  2. Breeder & Hatchery – Productivity (DOC per HH), PS Mortality, Hatchability, DOC CV, DOC Quality, PS Weight Management, Biosecurity, Overheads and Fixed Operating Expenses.

  3. Broiler – Performance Index, 7th days body weight, Feed Cost per kg of broiler meat, FCR, Mortality, Cycle time, Non-conformance factors (CV, bruises, broken or red wing tip, ammonia burnt, etc), Productivity (kg per square meter), Biosecurity, Overheads and Fixed Operating Expenses.
  4. Provide analysis to DOC and Broiler supply planning, logistic and harvesting team to ensure plant broiler requirement in term of quantity, body weight, timing and sequence are fulfilled within the allowance tolerance range.
