Executive, Fleet Operations
The Fleet Operations Executive is responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination, monitoring, and optimisation of fleet operations to ensure vehicle availability, service quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction. The role supports the full vehicle lifecycle, including maintenance planning, repairs, inspections, new vehicle delivery, and EV‑related operations, while working closely with internal teams, service centres, workshops, and external vendors
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Fleet Maintenance & Operations
Monitor vehicle mileage and proactively plan scheduled maintenance, including coordination of pick‑up and drop‑off services.
Analyse the condition and lifespan of common wear‑and‑tear components (e.g. tyres, brake pads) and recommend timely replacements in line with approved guidelines.
