JOB OVERVIEW:

As an Executive, Fleet you are responsible in managing the entire transport team across Peninsular Malaysia, overseeing 494 vehicles. You will also handle the fleet distribution, maintenance, and repairs, manage fuel and logistics support, and lead the ISO audits, ensuring efficient operations and compliance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and motivate the entire transport team with a large fleet of 494 vehicles in Peninsular Malaysia;
• Manage the distribution of vehicles based on the hubs and depot's needs and monitor the overall fleet operations in Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak;
• Responsible in verifying the vehicle servicing quotations prior to submission to the finance department;
• Coordinate, monitor, and supervise repairs and maintenance of vehicles to ensure maximum road readiness, meet performance standards, and minimize downtime;
