The candidate is to oversee the efficient operation and category management of fresh food products inclusive of assigned fresh categories to him/her across all of FairPrice. This role involves setting up counters, managing multi-deck chiller displays, tracking performance, guiding/training/monitoring staff performance on ground, ensuring quality control, maintaining inventory, maximizing profitability, managing shrinkage while adhering to health and safety standards across all stores.

Qualifications

  • Proven 5 to 10 years of fresh food operations or a related field with managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • People management with excellent communication and internal/external customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory/shrinkage management, budgeting and basic computer skills
