The Executive, Global Total Rewards, will provide dedicated support to the operational activities of the Global Total Rewards team across over 30 countries. This role ensures the smooth execution of key processes such as insurance renewals, salary proposal submissions, and market survey coordination, HRIS (workday) implementation, while supporting project-related initiatives as required.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support day-to-day operations of the Global Total Rewards function to ensure timely and accurate execution of processes.
Coordinate employee insurance renewals, liaising with international brokers and country HR teams to ensure coverage remains competitive and compliant.
Assist in the preparation and submission of annual salary proposals across regions.
Participate in market survey coordination to support benchmarking and compensation analysis.
