Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are seeking a strategic leader to develop, implement, and oversee our group-wide reward and benefits strategy. This pivotal role ensures competitive, equitable, and compliant remuneration practices that attract, retain, and motivate talent while aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
NQF Level 7 qualification in Human Resources, Finance, or Business.
Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) Certification and SARA/SAQA Accreditation.
Master Reward Specialist or Chartered Reward Specialist accreditation will be an advantage.
10–15 years' HR experience, with at least 8 years in reward management at senior management level.
Strong knowledge of remuneration principles, governance, and compliance.
Comprehensive understanding of reward program design and administration, including job evaluation, market pricing, pay scale design, and linking pay to performance.
