The Position:
• Understanding recruitment mandates and defining asourcing strategy - Sourcing candidates thanks to a multi-channel approach:
• Talent Mapping, Headhunting, job boards, socialmedia & referrals
• Developing a candidate portfolio based on directcontacts
• Selecting and qualifying (incl. interviewing) localas well as international candidates at mid and senior level.
• In depth phone and face to face interviews
• Client acquisition and business development
• Ensuring proper process management together...
