About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join the Cititel Express Ipoh team in Ipoh, Perak. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations and ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and direct the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms, public areas and other hotel facilities are cleaned to the highest standard
• Develop and implement efficient housekeeping policies, procedures and schedules
• Oversee the procurement, storage and inventory of all housekeeping supplies and equipment
• Provide training and support to the housekeeping team to continuously improve their skills and productivity
