Responsibilities


+ Assist, coordinate and manage Kemin talent selection process.

+ Leverage multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus recruitment, to attract and build a strong talent pool.

+ Screen resumes and manage interview schedules, ensuring smooth communication and quick feedback from hiring managers

+ Ensure closing all open positions within the lead time to hire.

+ Onboarding of new hires.

+ Interact with Universities for placement hiring and driving the KGDP program.
