Job Description:
To assist HOD HR & Administration in the following activities;
Recruitment, retention and retirement process.
Payroll preparation.
Maintaining all temporary and permanent employees' personnel files.
Timely handling of all matters of EOBI, SESSI etc.
Employees' transportation.
Maintenance and administration of company's fleet.
Employees' medical approvals.
Canteen operation.
Manage Plant Security.
To fully support 5S & Safety Committee for Housekeeping including daily round of OJ and Adam facilities.
Any other job assigned by the Management.
Qualification: **Graduation
Experience: 5 years in relevant field.
