Executive - HR Operations

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR activities at our warehouse location. The role focuses on workforce management, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR operations for warehouse employees
• Manage attendance, shift rosters, leave records, and manpower planning
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction of warehouse staff
• Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation
• Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime, and statutory compliance
• Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety policies, and company guidelines
• Support performance management and training initiatives
• Act as a liaison between warehouse operations and corporate HR
