Key Skill Requirements:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong HRS / HR Operations support experience
Good Analytical skills (experience in creating Reports, simple dashboards)
Hands-on experience in managing any HRIS - mandatory (SuccessFactors experience preferred)
Role & Responsibilities:
Act as the first-level escalation point for HR Services
Responsible for accurate and timely resolution of L1 queries and requests
Perform tasks of higher complexity as per defined standards with minimal supervision
