We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resource Business Partner to support day-to-day HR operations and represent HR in business functions. This role focuses on executing HR initiatives, supporting employee relations, coordinating HR processes, and acting as the first point of contact for HR matters across departments.
Job Descriptions
Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and workforce challenges
Lead internship management.
Support workforce planning and headcount tracking.
Assisting in identifying staffing needs in different areas & departments.
Provide HR insights to support business decisions.
Support implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Identify people related risks and recommend practical solutions.
Monitor workplace culture and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
