The Human Resource Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, monthly payroll, HR administration, and employee record management. This role works closely with the HR Manager to ensure HR operations are carried out efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll processes to ensure timely salary payments, statutory contributions, and compliance with relevant labour and statutory requirements.
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requisitions, job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, job offers, and onboarding.
