1) Learning & Development

• Works with HRBP to develop TNA, mapping to ATP and to ensure effective selection of training providers, coordination activities, ensures completion training effectiveness and collation for data analysis, management of proper training records etc.
• Continuous engagement with Managers and employee to provide support, guidance and coaching on people management skills. Provide input and feedback to SME for system continuous improvement.
• Looking after the matters related Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) Programs/policies.
• Mapping Annual Training Plan (ATP) based on needs analysis.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to plan ATP related to compliance requirement.
• Identify and select training provider and trainer and work out training cost and budget according to ATP
