Executive (Human Resource)

Grace Orchard School caters to students who have been diagnosed with Mild Intellectual Disability (MID) and those with Mild Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The school is specifically for students ranging from 7-18 years old who have Intellectual Quotient (IQ) which falls within the range of The school is a non- profit organisation under Presbyterian Community Social Services (PCS).
The Executive (Human Resource) reports to the Senior Manager (Human Resource). The job holder will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and maintenance of staff records. He/she will also assist and be guided by the Senior Executive (Human Resource).

Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate the entire recruitment process including advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, arranging for interviews, preparing and offering employment contract and administering pre-employment matters
