Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
HR Administration
- Review and ensure the standardization of formats of all letters according to QA standard.
- Review and e n s u r e accuracy o f t e r m s a n d conditions applied t o each letters.
- Prepare all type of employment movement letters included but not limited to
-Contract of Employment, Contract for Services, Fixed Term Contracts, Training Bond Agreement and etc .
-Confirmation, Extend of Probation, Promotion, Redesignation, Transfer
-Salary Review, Salary Adjustment
-Declaration Letter a n d Letter o f o p e n b a n k account
-Bonus and Increment Letter (for Front Desk)
-Prepare/Draft of other letters as when required by the Management
- Updating EBI system for new employees, transfer and resigned
- Manage and ensure proper filling of employees personal file
