Job Description Manage LOA stamping and LHDN declarations to support regulatory compliance
Support statutory submissions such as EPF, SOCSO (PERKESO), and EIS, ensuring information is accurate and submitted on time
Assist in basic checking and follow‑up on discrepancies in statutory or employee records when needed
Provide HR support for employee benefits administration and part‑time hiring activities while meeting service timelines Job Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with hands-on experience in reporting and basic analytics
Familiarity with SAP HRMS or similar HR systems is an advantage
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
