Overview

• To manage recruitment and talent acquisition process, onboarding and offboarding including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, exit interviews and assisting hiring and termination decisions while develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce. This includes managing foreign worker and expatriate recruitment, new applications, work permits and medical check ups etc;
• To assist employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements while foster a positive work environment and promote employee morale and engagement which includes manage corporate social and environmental responsibilities program;
