Role Summary
1.Planning and execution of different types of HVAC maintenance of equipment and its accessories in co-ordination with users.
2. To ensure smooth running of audits (internal and external) related to Quality and EHS management systems.
3. Reporting of non-conformities, adherence, initiation, and implementation of the corrective/preventive actions as suggested by Quality Assurance.
4. Issue of documents for data entry and recoding related to Calibration and HVAC PM.
5. Verification of calibration/PM as described in the SOP's. Preparation of equipment/instrument qualification documents and SOPs.
6. Operate and maintain AHUs, chillers, FCUs, exhaust systems, and ventilation units.
7. Conduct routine preventive maintenance (filters, belts, lubrication, alignment)
8. Troubleshoot issues like low airflow, temperature deviation, abnormal noise, vibration.
