Executive – Indoor Sales Support – Freight Forwarding

The Indoor Sales Support Executive plays a key role in supporting the sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal departments. This position helps ensure a smooth sales process and enhances customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely service from the office
Key Accountabilities
Perform cross selling, prepare quotations, sales proposals, and service agreements based on client requests, ensure healthy quote conversion.
Process bookings and follow up on inquiries from the sales team or customers , and support field sales representatives with pricing, documents, and customer updates.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers regarding services, schedules, and pricing.
Provide proactive updates to customers regarding shipment status, documentation, and lead times , and build strong working relationships with existing and potential clients.
