Job Description
- Handle all OSHA related matters including liaising with relevant authorities, ensuring company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations, providing training.
- Establish good relationships with relevant industry players, legal practitioners and related government agencies.
- Review human resource policies, procedures, guidelines and propose changes where required.
- Analyze and review employee statistic for improvement in productivity.
- Advise and provide support to the Management to ensure appropriate management of all industrial/ employee relations issues.
- Identify and implement positive employee relations programs that will lead to a more efficient and motivated work force.
- Ensure proper and organized document filing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years hands-on responsibility and experience
- Well versed in all employment laws
- Credible, pragmatic and analytical thinking.
