• Handle all OSHA related matters including liaising with relevant authorities, ensuring company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations, providing training.
• Establish good relationships with relevant industry players, legal practitioners and related government agencies.
• Review human resource policies, procedures, guidelines and propose changes where required.
• Analyze and review employee statistic for improvement in productivity.
• Advise and provide support to the Management to ensure appropriate management of all industrial/ employee relations issues.
• Identify and implement positive employee relations programs that will lead to a more efficient and motivated work force.
• Ensure proper and organized document filing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years hands-on responsibility and experience
• Well versed in all employment laws
