Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Planning, Budgeting & Monitoring
  • Monitor maintenance expenditures and prepare progress reports.
  • Plan and evaluate future maintenance and infrastructure projects.
  • Assess and allocate budgets for urgent maintenance works.
  • Ensure effective utilisation of maintenance budgets and resources.
• Technical Support & Facility Upkeep
