Executive Inventory Officer

Full job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Inventory Officer to support our inventory operations across shops and warehouses. The ideal candidate will have strong system understanding, especially in Odoo, and the ability to ensure smooth stock movements with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and process RFQs (Request for Quotation) in Odoo as per business requirements
• Verify and follow up on RFQs to ensure timely approvals and accuracy in the system
• Monitor and clear inter-branch and shop movement transfers in Odoo
• Coordinate with branches and warehouses to ensure physical stock movement aligns with system transactions
• Ensure all inventory movements are validated, documented, and closed on time
• Identify and report discrepancies in stock transfers or system records
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for inventory transactions
