• Provide internal users with application-related maintenance and technical support. This support includes responding to users' issues, providing updated software that solves bug issues
• Perform daily operation first-level support to users and investigate data discrepancies and application errors in a timely and effective manner.
• Conducted root cause analysis of recurring issues and implemented preventive measures to mitigate future incidents, reducing downtime and improving overall system reliability
• Create and manage application access and permissions including user provisioning, de-provisioning on role-based access control, ensuring data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
