1. Provide ongoing support for SAP applications, answer user inquiries, and troubleshoot issues.
2. Gather business requirements, design systems, and offer solutions to meet user needs.
3. Configure and develop SAP for new business requirements and conduct testing.
4. Participate in or lead project implementations.
5. Guide users, conduct training, and create user manuals and training materials.
6. Communicate and solve problems effectively in a friendly and polite manner.

Requirements :

A) Technical Skills:

1. Min Bachelor Degree.
2. Experience with SAP S4 HANA/ERP, particularly in Material Management (MM) and integration with other modules such as Sales & Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
3. Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SuccessFactors, or SAP RISE is a plus.
