Hiring for steel manufacturing company. Location: Guinea/Conakry, West Africa. Reporting to: DIRECTOR GENERAL/MD.

• Computer Systems & End-User Support
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, workstations, and peripherals.
  • Install and upgrade operating systems, application software, drivers, and business applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware failures, operating system issues, and software-related problems.
  • Configure user accounts, passwords, email access, and system permissions.
  • Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot system performance issues including slow computers, application crashes, and connectivity problems.
  • Maintain antivirus protection, endpoint security, and perform regular system health checks.
