Job Description
Responsibilites:
- Monitor and manage the incident tickets
- To work with other IT pillars to ensure stores issues are resolved timely
- Responsible to manage support on all IT Applications at stores, eg. POS Application, Inventory Module, POS Back Office Application etc
- Ensure documentation, procedures and guidelines are up to-date.
- Hands on to attend and solve user problem when required
- Involved in departmental project.
- As Change Agent in the Digital roadmap and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization
Criteria:
- 2-3 years of experience with SAP system (SAP MM) or FICO System
Education / Professional Qualification:
- At least a degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- ITSM certification is an added advantage
General (Behavioral, Supervisory Skill, etc):
- Willing to be hands on to resolve critical tickets as per when required...
