Job Description

Responsibilites:

  • Monitor and manage the incident tickets
  • To work with other IT pillars to ensure stores issues are resolved timely
  • Responsible to manage support on all IT Applications at stores, eg. POS Application, Inventory Module, POS Back Office Application etc
  • Ensure documentation, procedures and guidelines are up to-date.
  • Hands on to attend and solve user problem when required
  • Involved in departmental project.
  • As Change Agent in the Digital roadmap and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization

Criteria:

  • 2-3 years of experience with SAP system (SAP MM) or FICO System

Education / Professional Qualification:

  • At least a degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • ITSM certification is an added advantage

General (Behavioral, Supervisory Skill, etc):

  • Willing to be hands on to resolve critical tickets as per when required...
