Job description:

Strong Communication is must.

• Study and understand types of regulatory documents required to be sourced from the authorities
• Prepare and update templates for writing request letters to different departments for sourcing NOC for sending customer samples, test samples etc.
• For bulk orders follow up with the respective sales team to get End User Certificate from the customer
• Apply for the license/permit from the respective country of the end user
• Apply for NOC with Indian government for exporting to end user country
• Regular follow up for sourcing the required documents on time
• Prepare a status report on regular basis and communicate with concerned stakeholders
• After delivery/closure of the order, inform the NOC issuing authority about the execution of NOC and seek proper closur...
