Job Description

The Key Account Management (KAM) Executive focuses on managing key accounts by building strong relationships, developing strategic plans for maximum returns, and improving sales efficiency. Responsibilities include customer segmentation, prompt service, regular sales interactions, and handling Tenders/RFQs to support business growth and Profitability. Reporting to the Commercial Manager based in Dubai.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts and internal teams.
  • Develop strategic plans to negotiate and manage key accounts locally to achieve maximum returns in both multiple trade lanes and contributions.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategy to augment corporate portfolio compatibility.
  • Provide prompt updates to customer's requests including space management, pricing, quotation and local issue escalation.
