Northport is strengthening its Land & Lease Management capability to support long-term port expansion, industrial development and strategic asset growth.
We are looking for a motivated Executive who understands that port and industrial property management is not glamorous — but highly strategic. This role sits at the intersection of commercial intent, land governance, lease structuring and regulatory compliance.
This is not a facilities management role. You will not be managing repairs, maintenance teams or day-to-day building operations.
This is a management-level role focused on land administration, lease contracts, compliance and multi-stakeholder coordination within a port environment.
Responsibilities
Land & Lease Administration
Prepare, manage and track LOA, Lease Agreements, Sub-Lease Agreements, extensions, variations and related documentation.
Translate commercial approvals and management decisions accurately into contractual terms.
