Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Learning & Development to manage end-to-end training operations – from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to programme execution, HRDC grant management and reporting.
This role requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable managing multiple training initiatives while ensuring compliance, accuracy and smooth on-ground execution.
