The Role
This position will be responsible for leasing of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.

This position will be responsible for leasing of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.
- Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
- Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
- Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
- Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing.
- 1 year of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry with some network of contacts.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills....
