Executive Legal

JOB PURPOSE:

• Execute and perform works for the continuous protection of MISC Group's interests while upholding MISC Group's business, competitiveness, high level planning and strategic initiatives
• Provide and prepare legal services and advisory functions on specific cases in relation to MISC Financings and Merger & Acquisition
• Provide and prepare legal services and advice on cases in relation to MISC Litigation.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Litigation

• Provide legal services, advise and support on specific litigation cases that are moderate in complexity and assist the senior executives in providing legal services on certain/complex cases.
• Prepare, collate and review secondary documents and drafts including on the selection of external parties and advisors.
