Executive Legal

JOB PURPOSE:
Execute and perform works for the continuous protection of MISC Group's interests while upholding MISC Group's business, competitiveness, high level planning and strategic initiatives
Provide and prepare legal services and advisory functions on specific cases in relation to MISC Financings and Merger & Acquisition
Provide and prepare legal services and advice on cases in relation to MISC Litigation.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Litigation
Provide legal services, advise and support on specific litigation cases that are moderate in complexity and assist the senior executives in providing legal services on certain/complex cases.
Prepare, collate and review secondary documents and drafts including on the selection of external parties and advisors.
Monitor, consolidate and expediate the liaison and coordination with the respective Business and Corporate units and subsidiaries for the pre-litigation, litigation and reporting purposes.
