This role resides under MISC Marine (the Integrated Marine Services arm of MISC Group).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Procurement and Service Agreements (Contractors' Level)
Assist Head, Legal & Compliance and Manager Legal Operations in the provision of legal services for procurement exercise undertaken by Marine Group. Legal services include (but not limited to) the following:
Liaison with Procurement and the relevant business unit to understand the Company's requirement and drafting/reviewing of ITB documents in particular the Form of Agreement for purposes of issuing the ITB (under supervision of Manager, Operations).
Review Contractors' clarifications, deviations and amendments to the Form of Agreements and other related legal documents and provide recommendations that upholds commercial competitiveness without compromising the Company's interests to the relevant business unit (under close supervision and guidance of Manager, Operations).
