Job Description

Executive, Legal/Business Assurance
Responsibilities:
Draft, review and negotiate of key service agreements and other commercial agreements and documents with counterparties and vendors

Provide legal support in new business initiatives and development of new products

Work with business units to ensure compliance with audit requirements, controls and policies

Review and establish policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate guidelines

Provide regular updates to Business units on new regulatory developments and changes and to assess and advise on the impact to existing business models

Conduct knowledge sharing session for employees on legal issues relevant to business unit

Assist where relevant in conjunction with other support units in the implementation, ongoing review and updating of procedures and controls relating to global service...
