                    Provide L1 Application support for LOS & LMS Platforms.
Resolve user issues received through the ticketing tool.
Resolving User queries for Gold Loan/Agri/MSME Loans
Handle and resolve L1 technical queries.
Basic understanding of end-to-end loan processing
Coordinate with business users to understand and troubleshoot loan processing related issues.
