Job Summary

The Executive is responsible for managing, monitoring, and coordinating all transshipment activities related to import shipments. This includes liaising with customers, shipping agents, principals, and other relevant stakeholders. The role covers Malaysia cluster – Singapore transshipment discharge tasks.

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitor and issue import status advisories for all vessels involved in empty discharging at PSA port.
• Reconcile, identify, and arrange deliveries where movements are applicable.
• Ensure container declarations are correctly segregated as per requirements.
• Follow up and request corrections for discrepancies after import status completion.
• Coordinate with the terminal to correct bundled declarations for overland and shortland notifications.
• Oversee handling of all overland dry and reefer containers upon PSA terminal notification.
