Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance guidelines procedures and best practices to ensure optimum equipment performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and maintain equipment in top-notch condition.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt regular operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and improvement in maintenance practices and implement required changes accordingly.
• Monitor and supervise maintenance and repair activities to ensure that they are conducted in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and costs and provide regular reports to management.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance projects.
