2.    Preliminary definition of overall operation of new modular assembly.
3.    Feasibility study on shopfloor for new modular assembly in regards on logistics and assembly for new modular assembly.
4.    Detail definition of new modular operation flow process.
5.    Liaise with internal and external parties for benchmarking process for modular assembly.
6.    Initial definition of total operation of modular assembly process; Direct & indirect manpower, assembly process tools & equipment, process cycle time.
7.    Provide customer/principle with project schedule/timeline for new modular assembly.
8.    Liaise with vendor for part testing if required.
9.    Create initial part sourcing logistics process; upstream & downstream.
10.    Feasibility study for part localization.
