What’s the role?

As Executive Manager, Compliance Incidents, you’ll lead a high‑performing team responsible for conducting Compliance Assessments on incidents that may be reportable to regulators, including the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), Banking Code Compliance Committee (BCCC) and the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).

You’ll oversee compliance assessments providing guidance on breach determinations, engage with business stakeholders, support the preparation of breach reports, and provide thematic insights to help the Group proactively manage compliance risk.
