Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive a unified, customer-centric approach that strengthens branding and market penetration.
- Plan and design customer engagement events to promote company developments, products and services and strengthen client relationships.
- Develop marketing communications including advertisements and newsletters to keep customers informed and engaged with latest offerings.
- Coordinate and host monthly and quarterly customer events to drive engagement, increase brand visibility and support customer retention.
