Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive growth and profitability for assigned business units.
Gather and analyze market, competitor, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
Support sales teams and distributors to achieve targets and optimize market coverage.
Plan and execute marketing activities including exhibitions, seminars, product launches, and disease-state campaigns.
Build relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
Track performance through CRM, monitor sales and competitor activities, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal workflows.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Life Sciences, Medical Lab Technology, or equivalent.
